All Bromptons are designed and hand built in West London, and have been in full production since 1988. The Brompton was conceived as a product to increase people’s independence and freedom, and when folded is the smallest on the market.

Finely-engineered and elegant, the Brompton has a full-sized frame, made mainly of steel for strength and comfort. It is designed to be practical and light enough to be genuinely portable.
